The Pre-Moon Speedmaster reference 145.022-69 carries the ultra rare “220 Bezel.” It’s not known how many of these watches were made but the number is so few that it’s become one of the most collectable Omega’s in the world.
Interestingly the 220 on the bezel was actually a misprint which is why this watch is so rare. One for the collectors.
