We understand that buying luxury watch is a big decision and that you will have questions. You will probably find your answer below but if you can’t please contact us, we are happy to help you.

Yes. We guarantee all our watches are genuine. Their authenticity is verified by a qualified watch maker prior to being offered for sale. We can also provide you with a current market valuation certificate.

Yes. Our watches are available for viewing at our Sydney showroom by appointment.
Yes. Warranty periods are specified in the watch description. Please contact us for details of our warranty policy.
Not at all. You can live anywhere in Australia or overseas. Please contact us by phone or email for more details.

At Watch Seller we want you to feel confident with the purchase you are making.

For every watch, we provide a detailed written description of its condition plus a range of high quality photographs, taken from multiple angles. Our photos are never photoshopped.

We are more than happy to answer questions about any of our watches by phone or email and our watches are also available for inspection at our Sydney showroom by appointment.

As a quick reference and to allow our buyers to compare similar products, we also use a simple grading system. Please see our watch condition report for details.

Remember we also offer a restoration and re-finishing services for our watches if you would like to improve the appearance of your purchase to brand new.

If you have a watch to sell, we can help. Watch Seller offers cash for brand name watches.

We also accept trades, if you are looking to change your current watch for something on our stock list or one you would like us to source for you.

Watch Seller can also sell your watch on consignment for a fee (a minimum fee of $AUD350 applies). We do all the hard work and you will achieve a much higher return than if you sold privately.

Your watch will be professionally photographed and heavily marketed through the Watch Seller website and mailing list plus international websites and auction sites.

Prior to sale, we can have your watch serviced, repaired or polished to ensure it is in the best condition for sale (these costs are paid by the seller).

Once the watch is sold, we deposit the sale price minus our fees into a bank account of your choice.

We accept direct bank deposit or transfer, cash, major credit cards (which incurs an additional fee) and UnionPay. We also offer financing through a third party. See our About Us page for bank details.
Yes we do accept trades depending on your current watch (brand, model, condition). Contact us to discuss.
Watch Seller does not refund for change of mind. In the case of change of mind after placing a deposit we allow you to use the deposit amount as a credit toward another purchase from us. If you have bought a watch outright we can help you sell it through our consignment service.
